We want to celebrate the spring season inviting you to this yoga retreat in Masia de Can Roca Gros, Girona.
This will be an opportunity to unwind, unplug and feel really, really good. It has been created by me with much love and intention. This time we will have a wonderful team joining me. Heidi our therapist that will be teaching the Thai Massage workshops on Saturday and Sunday as well as offering various massage therapies (including deep tissue, pregnancy and abdominal massage) during the retreat. Also, I have on board Xavi, who is an incredible vegetarian chef - his food is tasty and so nourishing!
Ari Mateu will be teaching gentle hatha vinyasa flow classes. Keen to share her experiences she encourages her students to explore the science of movement delving into the mind-body connection. Learning how to cultivate mindful practices she will take us into the journey of self-awareness with curiosity and fun!
Classes will take a therapeutic approach, and are open to all levels and all bodies.
The retreat includes early morning guided meditation, two daily yoga classes, time for walks and relaxation in the river and forested hills.

07:15 – 07:45 Morning Meditation
08:00 – 10:15 Spring Flow Yoga Class
10:15 – 11:15 Breakfast
11:15 – 13:15 Thai Massage Workshop with Heidi

This is a vegetarian retreat, with most of the dishes completely plant based with the option of yogurts and milk in the morning.
